I agree with Bev --- Bootcamp would only work if it wasn't hellish expensive, there are enough wedding costs involved.

I just bought some weights from Tesco and am walking around with them in my pockets, and then using them on my arms when I take the dogs out... Wink

my gym do a special personal trainer session for brides and grooms to be! But it costs a fortune!!!!!!!!

True! I'll let you know if it helps , Kiran. I'm paranoid about my arms. Thank Goodness I have a jacket for my wedding dress to cover my arms

Would love to be able to have a 6am personal fitness trainer kick me into gear for the next 12 weeks, though. It'd be ace!
